Refund policy
Track Event Entries:
Cancellation requested 30 days prior to the event:
Receive a full track credit refund for future events, minus $50 in credit for processing(credit valid 12 months from request date)
Cancellation requested less than 30 days but 14 days prior to the event:
Receive a 50% track credit towards future events.
Cancellation requested less than 14 days prior to the event or NO-SHOW at the event:
Fees are forfeited. NO refund or credit.
Existing Event entry fee are not transferrable to other events if requested within 14 days of existing event.
Event Entry Transfer: The transfer of event entry to another driver must be done at least 24 hours prior to the event date, a $15 processing fee will be charged to you. Entry transfer requests within 24 hours of the event date will not be accepted.

Waitlisted drivers will be automatically charged upon clearing the waitlist and abide the same cancellation policy above.
Add-on Items:
(including but not limited to garage rental, Helmet rental, Timetrial Entry, Transponder rental)
No refund or credit for add-on items.
Track Credits:
Track credits are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable and Does Not Expire
Electronics/Merchandise/Apparel:
Refund/Return can be requested 7 days after receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, Product must be in original packing and unused to be eligible for a return.
Made to order/Custom Product(i.e.. number card and etc.):
Due to the custom nature of the product we do not offer refund on made to order and custom products.
LightSpeed Track Events reserves the right to cancel an event due to any unforeseen incidents.
